Rhonda Bassett-Spiers is the CEO of Vispero, bringing more than 25 years of experience building and scaling enterprise software businesses across fintech, food tech, supply chain, and media & entertainment. She’s passionate about using technology to solve meaningful problems—and believes the best innovation starts with listening, learning, and challenging the status quo.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and love of bold ideas, Rhonda brings energy, curiosity, and a strong bias for action to every team she leads. She’s helped organizations sharpen their product strategy, modernize operations, and expand into new markets—always with a focus on creating platforms that drive real impact. Along the way, she’s launched AI-driven solutions, reimagined payments and digital workflows, and led transformative initiatives that delivered results.

Before joining Vispero, Rhonda was CEO of Telestream (a Genstar Capital company), where she led the company through a phase of transformation and growth. She also served as CEO of iTradeNetwork (a Roper Technologies company), where she helped expand its global footprint and modernize its platform. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Fundtech, CashEdge, Control4, and BEA Systems, and served on the boards of BigFix and StreetLight Data. She currently serves as Lead Independent Director at Quorum.

Rhonda is a champion for building inclusive teams, mentoring future leaders, and creating cultures where people feel empowered to do their best work.
